Adobe asked creatives across the U.S., via Twitter, to submit their pitch for why Adobe should send them to Adobe MAX. I was one of four finalists chosen to pitch the Adobe CPO, Scott Belsky, on why I deserved to go. In my initial tweet I shared a piece that was very special to me titled “Do Not Grab.” My partner and I created it in response to the Me Too movement. It displays the pink pussy hat on display in a museum. Our intention was to preserve this movement and to show the power of the voices that refuse to be silenced. Following the tweet and the pitch to Scott Belsky I was awarded an all expenses paid trip to Adobe MAX 2018.
