To launch the new GM Rewards program we introduced customers to a new way to earn with the My GM Rewards experience — where every day is Rewards Day. A magical never-ending holiday where customers said goodbye to limited-time-only deals (looking at you Black Friday) and hello to new ways to earn.
The campaign was highly customizable so that each division (Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, Buick and all the other GM brands) could apply it to their respective My Rewards programs. With a new GM credit card and even more ways to earn and redeem, it was the perfect way to launch a rewards program that that celebrates the customer every day.
